KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Vol Dining is partnering with independent consultants, Ayers Saint Gross and Envision Strategies, to conduct a Dining Master Plan Study. The study serves as a roadmap outlining the long-term vision for campus dining, guiding strategic decisions such as facility development, food service operations, and menu planning to ensure we are meeting the needs of our growing campus.
As part of a Dining Master Plan Study, the University of Tennessee – Knoxville is inviting members of the campus community to participate in an online survey. The primary objective of this survey is to collect information on the current dining patterns and buying behavior, as well as preferences for different aspects of the dining program such as service locations, hours of operation, meal plans, etc. Participant input will help Vol Dining improve offerings available to the campus community.
The survey will run Monday, March 24 – Friday, April 1, 2025.
As an incentive for completing the survey, participants can provide their information for a chance to be in a drawing a Starbucks Grande drink of their choice.
