Students enjoy high-quality meals from alumni-founded brands like K Brew Express and Status Dough, alongside fresh options like Mazèvo Mediterranean Grill. With 90% of Vol Dining’s equipment sourced through KaTom, the collaboration emphasizes quick, local support and seamless communication.

By prioritizing unique, farm-to-table offerings over chain-heavy dining, UT enhances the student experience, blending quality meals with innovation to create a vibrant, student-focused dining program that continues to evolve and inspire.
