Vol Dining has many options available to satisfy a made without gluten diet. Both of our residential dining areas (PCB and the Fresh Food Company) have complete Made Without Gluten lines that are available to all customers. We also have a number of gluten free snack options in our campus convenience stores (P.O.D. Markets).
